Villa Vannucchi is a great, amazing villa of Miglio d'Oro, in San
Giorgio a Cremano (NA) in central
Corso Roma.
The villa was built by Giacomo d’Aquino di Caramanico (member of
D’Aquino family and a
gentleman of the King) in 1755.
The rear elevation, opened onto magnificent Italian garden was designed
in 1783.

The house became a reference place for the noblemen at the time of Murat
and the midnineteenth
century was sold to Van den Henvel and in 1912 the Vannucchi family.
The villa was severely damaged by the earthquake of 1980, it had visible
ribs that held the strings

renovated enhancing the
beauty of style.
The villa is also known to the public for the initial shooting of the
movie "Ricomincio da tre"
of Massimo Troisi, where Lello Arena called loudly Troisi.

international event dedicated to
the great artist born in San Giorgio
